Symas FarmTrack ("we", "us", "our") operates the farm management platform available at symasfarmtrack.com, portal.symasfarmtrack.com, and the Symas FarmTrack Android application distributed via Google Play (package com.symasfarmtrack.portal). The Symas FarmTrack Android app (package com.symasfarmtrack.portal) is a Trusted Web Activity (TWA) — it is a thin native wrapper around the same web portal at portal.symasfarmtrack.com. All data handling described in this policy applies equally whether you use the web portal or the Android app.

The app does not request location, contacts, microphone, SMS, call logs, or any background data access. We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the Android build.
Google Play Data Safety summary: data collected = personal info (name, email, phone), financial info (farm income/expenses you enter), app activity, device IDs. Data shared with third parties = none. Data is encrypted in transit. You can request deletion at info@symasfarmtrack.com.
