These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Symas FarmTrack ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FarmTrack platform, website at symasfarmtrack.com, farm management portal, the Symas FarmTrack Android application distributed via Google Play (package com.symasfarmtrack.portal), and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Symas FarmTrack is a cloud-based livestock and farm management platform designed to help farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses in Ghana and beyond manage their operations digitally. The Service includes:

To use the Service, you must submit a registration application via our signup page. All accounts are subject to admin review and manual activation. By registering, you agree to:

Important: Do not share your username or password with anyone. You are solely responsible for any actions taken under your account.
Upon activation by an administrator, all new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate farm management purposes. You must not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You retain full ownership of all farm data, animal records, and content you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Upon account termination, your data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a shorter period is required by law.
All aspects of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, text, graphics, and interfaces — are the exclusive property of Symas FarmTrack and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your personal farm management purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Agricultural data and farm management decisions remain entirely your responsibility. The Service is a tool to assist you — it does not replace professional veterinary or agricultural advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Symas FarmTrack and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
